What Would You Like to Know?

WHAT DOES THE BASE BOARD RATE INCLUDE?

Without any add-on services, board includes 2 flakes of hay per day, weekly water trough cleaning, and general oversight of your horse's well being.

Please see our add-on services if you want your horse grained, groomed, or provided anything additional. 

WHAT IF MY HORSE HAS ADDITIONAL NEEDS?

Not a problem!! We have experience with horses that have had many conditions including EPM, Cushings/EMS, rehab for injuries, weight gain, weight loss, allergies, DSLD, EOTRH (dental disease) or otherwise compromised dentition, senior horses, etc. We are happy to be involved with your vet with any medical conditions your horse has and work with you on the protocol they require for proper care and maintenance.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME AS A BOARDER?

Before coming in to Close Ranch, your horse will need to be current on standard vaccines &/or has a current health cert/coggins if coming from any horse shows or out of state. We also ask that your horse receive proper care as it related to (annual) dentals, farrier work, medical needs, etc. Close Ranch is not financially responsible for your horse to receive proper care as set by industry standards & best practices for horse ownership outside of the boarding contract. We host annual vaccines clinics, dental visits, chiropractic visits, and scheduled farrier dates we would be happy to include your horse in if you would like a group rate (when applicable).
